Eligible items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Log in to your BestBuy-Bazaar account and access the “Order History” section. Select the relevant order containing the items you wish to return and follow the provided instructions. Upon approval of your return request, you will receive guidance on how to ship the items back to us.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the returned items. The original payment method used for the purchase will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error occurs on our part.

Exclusions:

Returns may not be accepted for bespoke or personalized items. Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Defective Products:
